CarbonRootz Global Pvt Ltd is an independent Indian company — formed with a single, focused mission: to be the primary vehicle through which Kiri Phoenix One® agroforestry reaches every suitable corner of India.

We are not a subsidiary of the Manipal Group, nor are we a division of WGW Agreen. We are a purposeful, independent growth platform that brings these world-class institutions together in service of a shared goal: to transform Indian land, livelihoods, and climate through the most powerful agroforestry model in the world.

WGW Agreen Pvt. Ltd. — a joint venture between WGW Agroforestry (Germany) and Manipal Agreen Tech — holds the exclusive rights to the patented Kiri Phoenix One® tree in India and brings the science, operations, and plantation management expertise. The Manipal Group brings 100 years of institutional credibility, governance, and network reach. CarbonRootz brings the commercial architecture, distribution, and capital partnerships to make Kiri ubiquitous across India.
