Kiri Phoenix One® is a patented German hybrid Kiri tree — the world's fastest-growing hardwood, growing up to 6 metres in its first year and sequestering CO₂ at a rate 10 times higher than other hardwoods. WGW Agreen Pvt. Ltd. holds the exclusive rights to Kiri Phoenix One® in India. CarbonRootz partners with WGW Agreen to facilitate Kiri plantations across India.

No. SPV structures are not available to all investors. Special Purpose Vehicle arrangements are available only to qualifying institutional, corporate, or high-net-worth partners who meet specific financial, governance, and eligibility criteria set by CarbonRootz and WGW Agreen. CarbonRootz structures different partnership pathways for different partner profiles — from individual landowners and farmer partnerships through to institutional plantation programmes and SPV structures for eligible qualifying partners. Kiri Phoenix One® agroforestry plantations are designed to qualify under Schedule VII of India's Companies Act, 2013, for CSR spend — supporting environment, sustainable agriculture, rural livelihood, and women's empowerment. CarbonRootz provides the documentation, impact reporting, and ESG credentialling needed for corporate compliance. Each Kiri plantation generates two revenue streams: (1) premium Kiri timber at harvest — typically after a 7-year growth cycle — accessed through WGW Agreen's established commercialisation network; and (2) high-quality carbon credits derived from Kiri's exceptional CO₂ sequestration rate of up to 130 metric tonnes per hectare per year. After the first harvest, the tree regenerates naturally from the stump — no replanting required. CarbonRootz does not guarantee returns. All financial projections are indicative and subject to individual partnership terms.
